How do we engage in a Scarcity mindset when we deny ourselves daily?

Rest really is a spiritual practice of being fully aware of your body’s needs, respecting ourselves enough to listen, and moving into a quiet place within to restore.

◦ The most common block to giving ourselves rest is the scarcity mindset, there is not enough time to rest. Only to feed the scarcity of energy. In a very masculine driven world are worth is associated with our productivity, therefore allowing this subconsciously to affirm we are not enough as we are resulting in the same state. Shame drive scarcity, scarcity drives a subconscious victim mindset, if we are a victim we are not a Victor. So if this is the case what do we do? Tips to honor our body, moving into abundance, being your own Victor:

-Learn your bodies energy patterns. Take a mental note on what you feel in your body frequently.

-Start your day with your relationship to your breath. Take some time to bring all your attention to the airflow moving in and out of your body.

-Drink enough water. That should be at least half of your body weight. And if you can find mineral water that is the best kind of water for you.

-Move your body in a way that invites a pleasurable motion. you decide your favorite exercise style it can look like mini different things yoga, dancing, weights, cardio.

-If you feel tired sit down, close your eyes, focus on your breath for 15 minutes. You may not need to sleep you may just need to slow down briefly.
